Migration of Nordea's Corporate Netbank to new tech platform

I was managing a transition project, where we moved Nordea's Corporate Netbank from one technical platform to another. In total ~65 components, mostly java, but also several portals, were upgraded and moved.
I was responsible for the project and change management on the business side, in very close cooperation with other departments, and for the communication with stakeholders in other areas of Nordea.
In periods I also acted as the project Scrum Master, taking care of the daily Scrum meetings, updating Jira, and planning the sprints, all in close collaboration with the two product owners.

I was managing an EU tender project for a new 5 year operations contract for operations, support and maintenance of Banedanmark’s transmission network and technical IT-systems within an ITIL environment using elements of agile methods.
I participated in Business requirements analysis, description of ITIL processes, legal requirements, and the contract negotiations, as part of the negotiations team. I was responsible for documenting the As-is picture, the GAP analysis, and the requirements. Further, as part of the contract negotiation team, I was key person in creating and documenting the contract basis, e.g. how to assess and compare incoming proposals, keeping in mind that this was an EU tender, that has very specific rules for these parts.

A major part of the analysis was in the area of Change Management, as it became clear, that there was some internal opposition to the project. Together with top line management I created the needed awareness to the project, and advised the management of future plans in the Change Management area.

I was managing a project to optimize the sales processes and the controlling processes in Sales and Finance.
This included implementation of new processes in Sales and the Financial departments, new methods and standards in IT governance, and new monitoring tools for the Sales teams managers, mainly using very complex Excel sheets. I had hands-on tasks in all these areas.
I was advising the top management in Eniro DK, in their financial controlling processes, and participated in pulling together financial data for reporting.

I was managing a project to browse the market for a Gas/Power Forecasting system, execute a tender process and implement the selected system. The market browse was prepared by an intensive requirements analysis period, followed by RFQ/RFI periode, the negotiation with the selected vendor (from UK), and the actual implementation.
The implementation, configuration, and test was run as a SCRUM project.

DONG Energy was building a new Gas Power Plant in NL (in partnership with a Dutch Power Company).
I was managing part of the IT deliverables, particularly the part that consisted of Power Forecasting and communication with the Dutch Power Net, TenneT. Many stakeholders were involved, the most important being DONG Energy Power Division Management, TenneT IT Management, and The Dutch Partner's IT Management.
The project was part of a Programme that delivered all IT and processes for the new plant.

Implementation of DWH for DONG Energy Markets Front and Middle Office.

As part of a major IT programme to implement new systems in DONG Energy Markets, a new DWH was built.
I was called in to bring this project back on track, as it was half a year behind schedule, and with a budget that was almost used up on the analysis phase. I re-planned the project, brought it back on track, and delivered the DWH ready for use in time for the remaining programme, that was dependent on the DWH.
An important part of the deliverable was to ensure that the DWH could fit into a very complex batch job architecture that was already under strain relating to the processing of the batch jobs. This was done tweaking MS Project to assist building a new batch job plan.
